Shipping

A shipping charge is applicable on all items. Most orders are shipped on next working day. We use reputed courier companies for Doorstep Deliveries. Most order shipped will arrive in 3 to 5 working days.

Packing
we use the best material for packing. For shipment we use strong cartoon boxes or plywood cases as per requirements of particular instrument. 

Guarantee

We are committed for the satisfaction of our customers. We grant a guarantee for our instruments against defects arising out of faulty or defective materials or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

In case of a defect developing within the period of warranty, we will undertake to repair or exchange the instrument (Whatever we think is required in particular case) free of charge, provided the instrument is returned to us, freight prepaid with adequate packing.
 

Product Availability

Sometimes popular products run out of stock. If there is a 7 or more day delay in shipping an order due to unavailability of product(s), we email customers with estimated shipping time.

 It may be possible that you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In this case, we will contact you to inform you, and ask if you would like to wait for the order to become available, or to cancel your order with us. You may also have the other instruments from your order shipped separately, and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our store.
 

 Payment

You may pay by credit/debit card on our website. You may choose to make the payment in advance by demand draft or by cheque in favor of "M/s Raj Musicals" payable at New Delhi Or by online bank Transfer. Our Bank Details are as under –
